These testing times during the outbreak of pandemic has been quite challenging and hard on all the industries , but particularly the food industry . During the lock down all the industries had the option of reinventing themselves or perish .Food industry in India learnt a lesson that anything and everything wont do in these coming times ..need for hygiene in all the food preparation processes is very important . Minimal use of manpower and maximum machine automation to maintain proper distancing ,hygiene and cleanliness will be the new normal .
